Descriptions :

Owing to produce the high quality pipes, use two or more SJZ series conical tein screw extruder to implement co-extruded three layer PVC pipe. The sandwich layer of the pipe is high-calcium PVC or PVC foam raw material. Also has some advantages as follow :

1. The extruder uses super wear-resistant alloy screw barrel.
2. The twin-screw feeds evenly and the powder doesn't bridge.
3. Optimized design of PVC three-layer mold, the internal flow channel is chrome-plated and highly polished, waer and corrosion resistant.
4. With special sizing sleeve, the pipe product has high speed and good surface.
5. Cutting machine adopts rotating clamping device to adopt to different pipe diameters, eliminating the trouble of frequent replacment of fixtures.
6. New Type of adjustable floating chamfering mechanism, the size of chamfer can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter and wall thickness, cutting and chamfering can be performed in one step.
7. Closed suction device, better chip suction effect.

Other Pipe Line Assisting Parts :

• Screw and barrel : Use China’s best screw brand established in 1978 which has 40 years professional experience in production of screw barrels. An effective guarantee of product quality. Offer single-screw, twin-screw barrels also has special customized designs.
• Online Pipe Weight Metering And Monitoring System : Gravity metering equipment is used in the extrusion process which can save raw material consumption to the greatest extent and reduce boot waste. The control accuracy is less than ± 0.3%.
• Pipe Socketing Machine : This machine can be used for the belling of PVC/PP solid wall pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe. The belling mould adopts hydraulic driving. The range is Φ20-Φ800.
• Mixers : Adopts PLC control. It is mainly applied to the process of ingredients, mixing, coloring, drying and devolatilization of various resins such as polyvinyl chloride.
• Crusher : Shredding scraps during the production of reclaimed pipes and unconventional products produced during trial production. There are crushers with different uses and specifications to choose form.
